FIMARO provides manufacturing services to OEM companies who wants to out-source fabrication some of their parts, components and assemblies, either they have capacity issues with their resources, or they have no satisfactory capability for some processes.

We offer flexible manufacturing capabilities that can accommodate very high diversity of parts, components, assemblies from one unit to several hundreds pieces ordered and we deliver reliable quality, on-time, at optimized cost.
Our long experience in machines building and turnkey products developments, metal fabrication, machining, welding, painting and assembly for wide range of raw material provide OEM customers many opportunities to out-source parts and components or entire machines allowing them to concentrate on their core products, activities or processes.
35 Years in Chassis and Frames fabrication, our main core competence
It’s about fabrication of simples or very complex and compact metal structures incorporating from small number to hundred of plate, sheet, sections, and tubes components, from mild steel to stainless steel and aluminum. Hundreds and hundreds types from one of kind to dozens in a lot of pieces of such assemblies were fabricated during 35 years of production in order to feed our final products or our OEM customers, thus letting our worker taking advantage of a great expertise and specialization. No mater how complex the structure can be, the chassis and frames in a large range of sizes are fabricated with high geometrical and dimensional accuracy, using advanced welding procedures, stabilization and machining on CNC machines or machining centers. Oxi-fuel Cutting
Our versatile oxi-fuel MESSER CORTINA DM 5000 Cutting System equipped with a secondary plasma torch and computer controlled can realize parts and workpieces from simple to complex shapes and in very large dimensional range, due to its 4 m x 17 m table. Sheet metal and plates within 12 mm to 60 mm are generally used as raw materials in obtaining the most parts with secure dimensional and geometrical accuracy and a good surface finish, as so they can be used as they are or with the minimum machining. The machine’s dedicated soft enables to realize multiple combinations of positioning the parts on the sheet and in this way to get an economic material utilization.
Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting system, BISTRONIC BYSTAR 4020 is very flexible in producing parts from small batches to a large amount of pieces, in line with the customer spec. at the best price/ unit meter of cutting length. From simple to complex configuration parts’ shape are allowed and will be obtained in an economic way, based on a very performance and customized software. Mild steel and stainless steel are most appropriate for use in cutting your materials from 0,50 to 15 mm thickness and within 2.000 x 4.000 mm geometric dimensions. The high accuracies of geometric forms and the edges roughness realized assure the parts to be used as they are without any subsequent machining or rough grinding.
MIG, TIG, ARC and Plasma (for Aluminum) Welding
Long experience and good practice in carbon steel welding, stainless steel welding, aluminum welding; we can perform very complex sheet metal and pipe mechanical welded structure (as a base of intermediaries) for the assemblies components. Also large tubes, tanks, pressure vessels, cylinders, fans are welded in a precise and very professional manner.
CNC Machining and Conventional Machining
Large carbon steel sheet and plate welded structures, tubes, rolls, beams, cast iron parts can be machined on large machine centers, milling machines, lathes, planers, coordinate drilling machines, grinding machines with high accuracy and in an efficient manner.
Fabrication, Forming, Rolling, Cutting
Diverse parts on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, from 0,5 to 20 mm thick are curved, angled, rolled, formed, cut, with close tolerances.
Sand Blasting and Painting
All frames, beams, and other structures from carbon steel undertake a sand blasting operation in order to ensure cleaned surfaces before painting. A painting room for small parts and a stationary filtered area for medium to large parts are the facilities for a good and cleaned painting and control.
DFM Engineering Support Services
We provide DFM (design for manufacturing) for our OEM customer to assist them in their effort to reduce cost with detailed designs, translation, modification and accommodate them with shop floor requirements. Our design and processes engineering provide a complete package of execution part designs, sub-assembly designs, assembly designs, BOM, raw-material, standard parts specifications, process instructions for machining, welding and assembly, operations standards time, based on AUTO CAD 2004, Nt Cam, Omni Win software and very professional and skilful engineers.
